No Terms & Conditions

All payments for Distinction memberships are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Why No Refunds?

Upon payment, you receive immediate access to the Distinction War Room, live market intelligence, private briefings, and all member features. Due to the digital and time-sensitive nature of this service, we are unable to offer refunds once access has been granted.

What This Means

• Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for the current billing period.
• Annual subscriptions: No refunds once payment is processed.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then.

Exceptions

We may consider refunds only in cases of verified technical failure preventing access for more than 72 consecutive hours, reviewed case-by-case at our sole discretion.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us will result in immediate account termination. Please reach out to us at info@distinction.ae before disputing any charge.
